Arrival: I am an exhibitor, when can I arrive at the showground?

Trade can arrive from Wednesday, all other exhibitors from Thursday. If you need to arrive outside these times please advise your section steward. Please note: Trade booking in between 8:00am and 8:00pm only, if you arrive outside these times you will have to wait in the holding area. All exhibitors must leave the site by 4:00pm Tuesday.

Camping: Can I camp at the show?

If you're a visitor, please see our Public Camping Form.
If you're an exhibitor, camping is free. If you wish to camp, please state this on your form and you'll be sent an appropriate pass.

Dogs: Are the permitted on-site?

Yes, dogs are welcome on-site. However they must be kept on a lead and you must pick up behind your dog. Remember, you are responsible for your dog.

Electricity: Is it available on-site?

Electric hook-ups are not available to campers. There is electricity available in the craft & model marquee at the price stated on the entry form. If you need electricity for medical purposes please speak to your section steward.

Passes: When can I expect them?

All passes are now sent out via email. Please keep an eye on your email inbox, you will recieve an unique QR code which will be scanned upon arrival. Please ensure the correct QR code in with the correct vehicle when arriving.

Public Liability Insurance: Do I need it?

Yes, yes, yes! As stated on all of our entry forms - public liability to a certain amount is required. This is in-line with most other shows and it is vital that you hold it.

Water: Is it available on-site?

Yes, we have a fresh water supply feeding various points around the showground.
